Pretium showcases growing framework portfolio at UKREiiF 2026

Published On: May 22, 2026

Pretium Frameworks attended UKREiiF 2026 in Leeds, joining organisations from across the housing, property, infrastructure and built environment sectors for three days of discussion, networking and sector insight.

Framework Growth Managers Millie Davis and Joe Taylor, met with clients, partners and industry colleagues to discuss how Pretium’s growing suite of compliant procurement frameworks can support delivery across a range of priority areas.

This includes the recently launched Asset Management and Professional Support Services framework, procured with Contracting Authority Sanctuary, and the Maintain (Repairs & Empty Homes) framework, procured with Contracting Authority Chime Housing.

Across UKREiiF, conversations reflected many of the challenges and opportunities currently facing the sector, from repairs and maintenance pressures to compliance requirements, decarbonisation, asset investment and long-term delivery planning.

For Pretium Frameworks, the event was a valuable opportunity to listen to sector priorities, share details of its frameworks, and explore how procurement can support practical, effective delivery. The team also spoke with attendees about Pretium’s future pipeline, including the upcoming Improve framework for capital delivery and planned works, and the Protect framework for compliance services.

Millie and Joe were joined by Echelon Group colleagues CEO Mathew Baxter and Business Development Manager Richard Mardle.
