About the framework

The PCR 2015-compliant framework, which is managed by Pretium on behalf of Contracting Authority The Guinness Partnership, aims to offer the benefits of best practice in contract delivery and collaborative working practices.

It gives access to professional management and support for the delivery of asset maintenance and repairs services, including technology enablement and business process reengineering, as well as the management of responsive repairs and voids, planned programme delivery and supply chain and subcontractor sourcing.

It has been designed with value for money, customer satisfaction, efficiency, compliance and assurance, health and safety and operational simplicity in mind.

The Lots

The framework is split into two Lots based on service stream and framework users can choose between mini-competition and direct award to suit operational requirements and project circumstances.

Lot 1 provides framework users with a route to analyse and assess current service delivery, with recommendations for improvements based on their requirements. It covers discovery and design projects (consultancy support) and project management services (implementation support).

Lot 2 offers the support to put any recommendations in place and to restructure services and build in new processes. It also covers operational support and development, and DLO operational management support.

Benefits of joining the
framework include:

  • Full end-to-end contract delivery support
  • Flexible offering
  • Collaborative working practices
  • Access to pre-start discovery and design
