About the framework
The framework, which is managed by Pretium on behalf of
Watford Community Housing, gives a single point of access to services for every part of the development process, from design services at the front end, to the construction work itself, to infrastructure.
Its modular design enables users to choose the individual services required at any stage of the build process, from architects to transport and highways planning.
Using employers’ agents and consultants from our framework gives framework users assurance that they are getting robust management of the build process and delivery, with a single point of access to services for every part of the process.
The Lots
The framework offers flexibility to users with two contractor Lots and four consultant Lots, based on service streams:
