Pretium Frameworks attends Housing 2026
Pretium Frameworks was delighted to attend Housing 2026 at Manchester Central, joining housing professionals from across the UK for three days of networking, collaboration and sector insight.
The event brought together housing associations, local authorities, contractors, consultants and suppliers to explore the issues shaping the future of social housing. With sessions covering procurement, asset management, building safety, repairs, decarbonisation, resident engagement and emerging technologies, Housing 2026 provided a valuable opportunity to share knowledge and strengthen partnerships.
Pretium’s Business Growth Manager Joe Taylor and Framework Solutions Manager Tom Millican, met with housing providers, framework suppliers and industry colleagues to discuss the challenges facing the sector and how compliant, flexible procurement can help organisations achieve better outcomes.
They showcased Pretium’s growing portfolio of frameworks, including the recently launched Asset Management and Professional Support Services framework, procured with Contracting Authority Sanctuary, and the Maintain (Repairs & Empty Homes) framework, procured with Contracting Authority Chime Housing. Discussions also focused on the breadth of solutions available across the portfolio, supporting everything from repairs and maintenance to compliance, decarbonisation, fleet and professional services.
The Echelon Group was also delighted to join Faithorn Farrell Timms, Build Recruitment, and Laker BMS Ltd as joint sponsors of this year’s Waifs & Strays networking event, which brought together conference attendees in an informal setting.
