Pretium attends launch of Cardo Group’s Consumer Standards e-learning toolkit

Pretium’s Michelle Cannon and Joe Taylor were pleased to attend the launch of Cardo Group’s new Consumer Standards e-learning toolkit at the House of Commons.

The event brought together housing professionals from across the sector, united by a shared commitment to raising standards, strengthening services and putting residents at the heart of service delivery.

Cardo Group’s new e-learning toolkit has been developed to help organisations build their understanding of the Consumer Standards and embed good practice across their teams. It provides a valuable resource for housing professionals as the sector continues to focus on delivering high-quality, resident-centred services.

During the event, Michelle and Joe had the opportunity to hear from Chair of Tpas England and Vice Chair of the Labour Housing Group Alison Inman, and connect with colleagues from across the housing sector, sharing ideas and experiences around the common goal of achieving better outcomes for tenants.

The launch provided a positive opportunity to reflect on the importance of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement in meeting the expectations of residents and the Consumer Standards.
