People and place focus for Housing Brighton 2026

Pretium Frameworks attended Housing Brighton 2026 this week, joining housing professionals and sector leaders at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole for two days of discussion, networking and insight focused on the future of housing, planning and development.

Jessica John, Millie Davis and Joanne De Sousa spent the event connecting with organisations from across the sector and discussing the challenges and opportunities currently shaping housing delivery.

This year’s event placed a strong emphasis on people and place, with conversations centred around planning, development, sustainability and the importance of maintaining momentum across housing projects in an increasingly complex operating environment.

Outside of the conference, the team connected with sector colleagues at various networking events, and there was, of course, plenty of ice cream and fish and chips on offer!
