Joanne De Sousa
Head of Framework Engagement
Joanne is a senior leader with a career spanning business growth, sales, marketing, and operational management.
Prior to joining Pretium, she spent six years with a leading contractor in the social housing sector, developing a strong understanding of frameworks and the needs of public sector clients.
As Head of Framework Engagement, Joanne leads the development and delivery of Pretium’s engagement strategy, ensuring framework users are supported throughout the customer journey. She works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to maximise opportunities and drive value across the framework.
She is responsible for building and maintaining senior relationships with contracting authorities and key stakeholders, while leading and developing the Framework Engagement team. Joanne also works closely with colleagues across the wider Echelon Group to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach across all businesses.
Outside of work, Joanne, a qualified personal trainer who worked in the fitness industry for 10 years, is a massive chocoholic, and her go-to comfort shows and films include The Office (US), Game of Thrones, Bridgerton, Harry Potter, and Pride and Prejudice.
