Pretium team attend Housing Community Summit
Business Development Manager Millie Davis recently attended the inaugural Housing Community Summit at the ACC, Liverpool.
The event, created by the Chartered Institute of Housing and the National Housing Federation, brought together hundreds of professionals from across the sector to debate and help shape the future of social housing.
An incredible line-up of speakers, made up of some of the most important thought-leaders and decision-makers in the industry, delivered thought-provoking sessions at Housing in Practice and Housing in Focus. These included Echelon Group CEO Mathew Baxter, who spoke in the session ‘Utilising Technology to Decarbonise Housing Stock’, which explored how housing providers can use technology to decarbonise their homes, and Echelon Consultancy’s Director of Projects and Procurement Sharon Hunt in the session ‘Inclusive Methods of Engagement’ session, which explored good practice around resident engagement.
Each session gave us plenty of food for thought, and Millie enjoyed catching up with some familiar faces from across the sector and making new connections.
