A dedicated development manager supports framework users through every step of the project, from start to finish, offering a solution for housing providers that don’t have an in-house development team or are seeking external support to build affordable homes.
About the framework
Developed by Croydon Churches Housing Association (ccha) and procured jointly with echelon Consultancy, the framework, which is managed by Pretium, was initially created to meet the development needs of ccha, with a built-in flexibility which would allow it to be opened out to external organisations.
As well as assisting with contractor tendering and resident vacation strategies, the framework can also provide employer’s agent and clerk of works services for the build phase, and development manager sales services for shared ownership and leasehold units.
The framework offers flexibility to users who can choose between mini-competition and direct award to suit their own operational requirements and the specific circumstances of each project. There are multiple criteria for direct awards and a member of the Pretium team will support you through the call-off procurement process.
