The Pretium Frameworks team joined colleagues from across the Echelon Group yesterday for the annual AGM, taking the opportunity to reflect on a successful year of growth, collaboration and innovation across all businesses.

The event brought together the Pretium team, with colleagues from Echelon Consultancy and Echelon Improvement Partnerships (EIP), as well as representatives from partner organisations Skills Solutions Group and Exactly, creating an opportunity to share achievements, discuss future priorities and explore the evolving landscape of the sector.

For Pretium, the AGM provided an important moment to reflect on the progress made over the past 12 months, including the continued expansion of its framework offering and team.

A key focus of the day was Project30, the Group’s four-year strategic plan, which sets out ambitions for continued business growth, service development and deeper collaboration with partners and clients.

Discussions throughout the AGM highlighted the opportunities ahead, not only in expanding the services offered across the Group, but also in continuing to build a strong and collaborative network of like-minded organisations.

Alongside strategic discussions and future planning, there was an opportunity for colleagues to come together socially, with a team-building a laser clay pigeon shooting challenge to round off the day.

Competitive spirits were high, with Pretium’s Framework Solutions Manager Tom Millican ultimately taking the title of overall sharp shooter following a final shootout between the top scorers from each team.
