Pretium joins sector leaders at the Warm & Safe Homes Summit 2026

Pretium attended the Inside Housing Warm & Safe Homes Summit this week at 155 Bishopsgate, London, joining housing professionals, local authorities and sector specialists for a day of discussion focused on delivering safer, warmer and more energy-efficient homes.

Representing Pretium at the event was Framework Growth Manager, Joe Taylor, who spent the day engaging with organisations exploring how procurement and partnership approaches can support the delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation programmes across the housing sector.

The summit highlighted the scale of opportunity, and challenge, facing organisations working to improve housing stock, reduce carbon emissions and maximise the impact of Warm Homes funding.
