Pretium joins housing sector conversations at CIH TAI 2026

Pretium attended the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) TAI Event in Newport this week, joining housing professionals and sector leaders for a day of discussion focused on the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of housing across Wales.

Representing Pretium at the event was Business Growth Manager, Joe Taylor, who spent the day connecting with organisations, discussing procurement priorities and exploring how flexible framework solutions can help support evolving operational and strategic needs.
