Pretium Attends London Build Expo 2025

Our team attended the London Build Expo yesterday, taking the opportunity to explore one of the UK’s largest events for construction, building safety and fire safety. The show brought together industry professionals, suppliers and public sector organisations for a full programme of CPD sessions, technical talks and product showcases.

Millie Davis, our Business Development Manager, attended on behalf of Pretium Frameworks. Millie works on the Hyde Group Building and Fire Safety Framework and used the event to meet others who are focused on raising safety standards and improving compliance across housing and construction.

Also in attendance was our Framework Manager, Michelle Cannon, who attended the Expo to focus on professional development by attending several of the fire safety and building compliance sessions. The learning opportunities available across the event offered useful insight into best practice, regulatory updates and emerging technologies designed to support safer buildings.

The event highlighted how organisations across the industry are adapting to new building safety legislation and adopting more robust approaches to compliance. The knowledge gathered from the day will be shared with our wider team and will feed into our ongoing framework activity as we work with clients to maintain safe, compliant buildings across their portfolios.
