Pretium Frameworks Attends Herts Housing: House of Commons Event

Jessica John, Director at Pretium Frameworks, attended the Herts Housing: House of Commons event on 6 October. Hosted by Watford MP Matthew Turmaine, the event brought together housing professionals, local authorities, and industry partners to discuss how collaboration across Hertfordshire can help deliver the Government’s target of 1.5 million new homes. 

Speakers included Alex Ingram, Assistant Director at Homes England, and John Eyles, Board Director at Gardiner & Theobald, who shared insights into the challenges, risks, and opportunities involved in delivering sustainable and affordable housing. 

The conference highlighted the importance of partnership working in supporting the county’s ambition to build 100,000 new homes, ensuring developments meet both quality and affordability goals. 

The reception also offered a valuable opportunity to connect with others in the sector, with attendees reflecting on how collaboration and shared expertise can help drive progress toward long-term housing objectives.
