Pretium exhibits at HOMES UK and Unlock Net Zero Live

Pretium exhibited at HOMES UK and Unlock Net Zero Live for the first time on 27 and 28 November.

The event brought together almost 5000 attendees from across the sector to find new ways to increase the housing supply, deliver better outcomes for tenants and improve the sustainability of the UK’s housing stock.

Pretium’s Director of Frameworks Jessica John, Framework Manager Tom Millican and Business Development Managers Millie Davis and Joe Taylor, were joined by Framework Co-ordinator Lisa Hodgman and marketing team Beth Morris and Michelle Gordon at the event, held at ExCel London.

The team were on hand to talk to visitors to HOMES UK about Pretium’s suite of frameworks including the GFP Decarbonisation Delivery framework. Developed with Contracting Authority Abri Group on behalf of the Greener Futures Partnership, it is helping the social housing sector seriously address the green agenda and deliver a full range of retrofit works.

They also answered questions about our soon-to-be-launched GFP DPS, and complementary frameworks – ‘Maintain’ (Repairs and Empty Homes), ‘Improve’ (Capital Delivery & Planned Works) and ‘Protect’ (Compliance Services) – which will cover an extensive range of Asset Management services delivered by housing providers.

And they had Echelon Group Ted in tow, who had a great time visiting our suppliers and partner organisations.
