Watford Community Housing
Watford Community Housing (WCH) has accessed several Lots on the framework.
It engaged Global HSE to deliver fire safety risk assessments across Watford and Hertsmere, specifically in relation to three storey homes, and loft conversions, identifying what work will be required, if any, to make the buildings compliant with Lettings/Building Safety Requirements.
WCH also awarded a contract to calfordseaden to deliver Employers Agent services at Ye Olde Dairy Farm, Watford. The six -month project included surveys of all accessible areas of the property.
SRC Infrastructure were also engaged by WCH to provide engineering advice and guidance at The Meriden, Watford.
Peabody
When the Peabody Trust found itself in need of an immediate resource to support Alternative Funding work streams, it accessed Lot 9 (Development Manager) of the framework.
A Project Manager from Redloft, engaged via a Direct Award, was brought in to support the trust for a total of eight weeks.
First Garden Cities Homes
First Garden Cities Homes has appointed Hill Partnerships Limited to deliver the construction of residential units, external works and all associated services to 57 new homes in Letchworth.
The contract was through Lot 3 of the framework via a Direct Award and will create a mixture of homes that are a combination of social housing andshared ownership properties.
