Our Building and Fire Safety framework has been developed using expert technical advice to support organisations with building and fire safety compliance.

Developed with Contracting Authority the Hyde Group, with technical input from Frankham Risk Management Services it delivers quality services, best practice and assurance with an accredited supply chain.

About the framework

This framework builds on the success of our first-generation fire safety services offer, and has been reframed, in response to the introduction of the Building Safety Act, to support organisations with all aspects of building safety compliance.

Projects of all sizes can be delivered through the framework, from the supply and installation of fire doors, to fireproofing, to external wall works, and there is the capacity to support with requirements such as building safety case reports, and resident engagement strategies.

The framework is split into 11 workstreams, delivered by main contractors and specialists. Nine of these are further broken down into regional Lots:

Each Lot has its own bespoke specification, and all suppliers were subject to an intense evaluation process. Documents and accreditations have been inspected by a third-party consultant, and vigorous checks will be conducted throughout the life of the framework. All works carried out under the framework comply with the relevant standards and building regulations.
