This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provides a range of works, services and supplies in connection with decarbonisation delivery.

The DPS, procured with Contracting Authority Abri, on behalf of The Greener Futures Partnership (GFP), launched on Friday 8 August and will end on 27 October 2028.

GFP comprises five housing associations – Abri, Anchor, Home Group, Hyde Group and Sanctuary – and was launched in 2021. Between them they have a combined stock of over 300,000 homes and represent 9% of the total social housing market

To access the DPS visit our contact us page and a member of the Pretium team will be in touch.

The DPS is designed to support and complement the services delivered through the GFP decarbonisation delivery framework.

It offers access to a range of products/services to support with the delivery of carbon reduction projects and programmes for occupied or void domestic properties, and non-domestic buildings, such as offices, commercial, community, corporate, schools, colleges, hospitals, clinics, shops, and restaurants.

The DPS is split into 32 lots, covering 15 different workstreams, and the Whole House Solutions lot is further divided into 10 geographical areas, as outlined below:

How does it differ from a framework?

  • Direct Awards can’t be made through a Dynamic Purchasing System – all awards must follow a mini-competition route.

  • Suppliers can apply to join the DPS at any time.

  • There is no limit to the number of suppliers that can be appointed to a DPS.
