Jack Dolden
Head of Commercial
Jack, who has an MSc in Mathematics, is responsible for Pretium’s commercial operations, taking the lead on projects and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
He provides commercial advice on contract queries and the interpretation of contract documentation and works with the commercial team to provide commercial analysis such as Benchmarking and produce commercial documents as part of procurement processes.
As well as leading in the automation of procedures within our business, leading to better resource management and cost savings, technically adept Jack has played an integral part in the development of several commercial models which are now the norm within the housing sector.
He can collect and manipulate large amounts of data through a variety of software, efficiently interpreting it and presenting it to clients and other Team members through use of Power BI and Microsoft Excel in an easy-to-understand way, enabling them to better plan their resource requirements.
Outside of work Jack enjoys playing video games and Bouldering.
