West Highland Housing Association awarded a £2m contract to Procast Building Contractors, through the framework, to deliver energy efficiency improvements to homes at Pier View, Scarinish, on the Isle of Tiree. Procast is delivering a series of works including new loft insulation, mechanical ventilation systems, triple glazed windows and external doors.
