Total Fleet Solutions framework launched with Watford Community Housing
Our new Total Fleet Solutions framework, developed in partnership with Contracting Authority, Watford Community Housing is now live!
Offering a full mobility solution for vehicle hire, maintenance and fleet management services, it builds on the success of first- and second-generation frameworks, which delivered over 3,500 vehicles.
Designed to cover all vehicle hire, maintenance and fleet management services through a one-stop shop solution, the single-Lot framework is delivered by the sector’s two market leaders Northgate Vehicle Hire and Enterprise Mobility.

“It has been created with operational flexibility in mind so that authorised users are able to respond to changes within their working environment, and offers a wide range of vehicles, including hybrid and electric, as well as support to make the switch to a more sustainable fleet.
“We look forward to continuing to support the sector with its fleet needs, and to surpassing the 4,000 vehicle mark in the near future.”
Framework users can hire vehicles as and when they are required and access a range of services from vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs, to telematics, tracking, livery, and bespoke fit-outs.
As well as offering access to a range of electric vehicles, the framework can support authorised users to make the switch from ICE vehicles with feasibility studies and load analysis, as well as the supply and fit of EV charging points.

The framework is open to any public sector organisation throughout the UK and Ireland, and members of their supply chain, from housing providers and local authorities to NHS Hospital Trusts.
