Pretium team supports Herts Housing Conference

Members of the Pretium team attended the Herts Housing Conference at Hatfield’s Fielder Centre, yesterday.

Business Development Manager Millie Davies and Consultant Nick Hann were joined at the event, which was sponsored by the Echelon Group, by CEO Mathew Baxter.

As well as being a sponsor, the Echelon Group exhibited at the event, which has been running for 25 years.

Mathew was also a guest speaker, participating in the ‘Involving Residents in Procurement’ session, where he discussed the importance and benefits of engaging residents in all stages of the procurement process and offered practical guidance on how to promote meaningful resident engagement.

The conference is the largest annual event for housing professionals in Hertfordshire and promotes the development of high-quality affordable housing across the county.
