Pretium Frameworks at the NHMF Maintenance Conference

Published On: January 22, 2026

Joe Taylor, Business Development Manager at Pretium Frameworks, attended the NHMF Maintenance Conference in Stratford-upon-Avon on 20 January, joining housing and maintenance professionals from across the sector.

This year’s conference focused on three key themes. The first was Keeping Homes Safe, which covered building safety, compliance, fire safety and updates on Awaab’s Law, alongside practical approaches to implementation. The second theme, Keeping Homes Warm, explored energy efficiency, net zero ambitions, retrofit strategies, funding models and resident engagement in energy improvement programmes. The third theme, Keeping Homes Healthy, centred on creating healthier homes by reducing damp, mould and poor air quality, and strengthening the link between housing interventions and health outcomes.

The event brought together organisations from across the housing and maintenance sector, providing an opportunity to discuss current challenges, emerging priorities and developments in maintenance and asset management. Joe spent time speaking with delegates about the range of frameworks managed by Pretium Frameworks on behalf of its Contracting Authority partners.

Joe also shared an overview of Pretium Frameworks’ plans, for 2026, including the launch of new frameworks aimed at responding to the evolving needs of the sector.

The NHMF Maintenance Conference continues to play an important role in bringing the sector together, supporting knowledge sharing and encouraging constructive dialogue around the future of housing maintenance and delivery.
