The Pretium Frameworks team was delighted to attend Housing 2025 at Manchester Central from 24-26 June, supported by the team from the wider Echelon Group.
Across three packed days, thousands of professionals from across the housing industry gathered to explore the latest developments, policy updates, and innovations shaping the future of housing. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to connect, collaborate, and showcase the range of services and expertise we provide at Pretium.

Throughout the event, we were based at Stand G43, connecting with new and familiar faces alike. From insightful conversations about procurement and frameworks to discussions around training, IT, and strategic consulting across the Group, it was great to hear directly from sector professionals about their needs, challenges, and goals. It was an exciting event for Pretium Frameworks as we continue to grow our services.
From the new frameworks on the horizon, to the launch of the first Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS), with Contracting Authority Greener Futures Partnership, the event provided a timely platform to share our journey and future plans.
