Pretium delivers in Residential Building Safety Summit zone

The Pretium Team enjoyed a successful couple of days at HOMES UK, where the business had a stand in the Residential Building Safety Summit zone.

The annual event held at ExCel London attracted thousands of housing professionals to learn how the sector can accelerate delivery, build more homes, and improve the quality and sustainability of existing stock.

We had lots of brilliant conversations around the Hyde Building and Fire Safety framework, developed with and managed by Pretium.

Being right opposite the Resident Building Safety Summit Stage meant we had a front row seat to some interesting and thought-provoking sessions, from the state of residential building safety to what good looks like in safety case reports, the road to 2029, and the role of data in keeping the golden thread alive.

The team also attended sessions delivered on the stages in the various different zones, covering topics ranging from AI and human collaboration to resident engagement, Awaab’s Law, data driven accountability, smarter procurement, and the wider role of AI across the sector.

They also had the opportunity to hear from Clive Betts MP, as he outlined progress on the Government’s ambitious plan to deliver 1.5 million new homes.

Our Wall off Speed game brought out the competitive side of visitors to the stand, with prizes for the top scorers each day.
