Construction Works and Services
Our Construction Works and Services framework is designed to be reflective of local requirements.
It supports framework users with a wide range of construction works for the delivery of new homes, from traditional affordable housing to mixed tenure schemes.
About the framework
The PCR 2015-compliant framework was developed jointly with, and is managed on behalf of, Aldywck Housing Group, part of the Catalyst Group of companies.
It has been designed specifically to serve the needs of users in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas, allowing you to benefit from our specialised local knowledge.
The Lots
It operates across three Lots depending on the value of the development projects, and framework users can choose between mini-competition and direct award to suit their specific requirements:
Lot 1 – Projects with a value of up to £4 million
Lot 2 – Projects with a value of between £3 million and £10 million
Lot 3 – Projects with a value of over £8 million
