Connecting across the sector: Pretium Frameworks at the CIH Scotland Housing Festival

Published On: March 13, 2026

Framework Growth Manager Joe Taylor represented Pretium at the CIH Scotland Housing Festival, which took place in Glasgow on 3 and 4 March.

The event brought together housing professionals, sector leaders and supply chain partners from across the UK to share ideas, discuss challenges and explore opportunities across the housing sector in Scotland.

Joe spent both days connecting with fellow delegates – reconnecting with familiar faces, as well as meeting new people – and engaging in conversations about the role frameworks can play in supporting public sector organisations.

Conversations focused on the challenges facing housing providers, and Joe spoke with attendees about Pretium’s flexible and compliant frameworks, designed to support the evolving needs and long-term ambitions of public sector clients.

Discussions across the event highlighted a sense of optimism within the Scottish housing sector, with several key milestones expected over the coming months that should provide greater clarity around standards and funding, while helping shape the future direction of housing delivery in Scotland.

Continuing the conversation in Newcastle

Joe is a regular member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and will be attending many other CIH Festivals throughout the year, including the CIH Northern Housing Festival, in Newcastle on 17 and 18 March, which will bring together housing professionals from across the North of England.
