Snowdon Homes was appointed under Lot 1 of the framework, to demolish an existing building and construct 42 affordable homes at Ivel Road, Shefford, on behalf of Grand Union Housing Group.
St Albans City & District Council
St Albans City & District Council has appointed Taylor French to build seven three-bedroom homes for market sale and an access road to the site. The two pairs of semi-detached houses and row of three terraced properties are intended to regenerate a run-down site within the city.
