It offers the full range of construction works for the delivery of new homes, from traditional affordable housing to mixed tenure schemes.
The framework provider
Aldywck Housing Group, part of the Catalyst Group of companies, has over 11,000 homes across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire and provides homes and management services for 25,000 people.
It has an annual turnover of over £93 million, with all profits reinvested into the business, and is committed to building 800 new homes over the next four years for a variety of tenures – affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale.
