Cambridge City Council

Cambridge City Council awarded a contract to Red Loft/Potter Raper to support it in financial modelling business plan assumptions for its future housing delivery programme. Red Loft is working with the local authority to test options and use its extensive knowledge to provide advice and support. Cambridge City Council plans to deliver 1,000 new homes over 10 years, with a focus on a higher quality of build including zero carbon homes.
